Non Clinical Providers:
Providers will assist patients in their homes in the Pueblo County, Fremont County and surrounding communities. Must pass background and drug test. Providers will visit patients in their homes. Colorado state license required, as well as current C.P.R. certification. Must have reliable transportation.
